What do I think of the concept "eat less and move more?" This is widely recognized as a simple & effective weight loss strategy. And it’s not bad advice... but I personally think you need & deserve *better* advice (that will help you reach your goals, without yo-yo dieting or the battle between losing & gaining weight).
